James brings with him a wealth of knowledge of the legal intricacies affecting vendors and investors alike. Over the years, James has developed a broad network of property professionals both nationally and internationally in the areas of development, design, valuation and finance which further assists in facilitating client needs whilst providing a holistic service.
Prior to joining Melbourne Acquisitions James worked in the legal profession in the area of property-related transactions, commercial and retail leases, corporate structures, and has provided advice within the legislative framework of the Transfer of Land Act 1958, Property Law Act 1958 and Duties Act 2000.
James has delivered a comprehensive range of property-related legal services for developers, public and private companies, landlords, property fund managers, self-managed superannuation funds, seasoned investors, as well as first home buyers.
Outside of the office James volunteers his time as a member of the Hellenic Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HACCI), enjoys playing chess and is an avid supporter of the Essendon football club.
